Benito’s Hat announces that it has signed a lease to open a new site at the upcoming £440m Westgate Oxford development, the Mexican chain’s first location outside of London’s M25.

The site will join other leisure offerings including Nandos, Polpo and Sticks’n’Sushi. To complement Westgate Oxford’s foodie destinations, new retailers Levi’s, Skechers, Hobbs, Cath Kidston and Molton Brown London have also been announced.

Anchored by a 140,000 sq. ft. John Lewis, the 800,000 sq. ft. Westgate Oxford will enjoy a prime location in the heart of Oxford’s city centre. This iconic and much-loved British city is undergoing a complete transformation with Westgate Oxford at its heart – attracting a high number of aspirational brands who want to capture the expected retail spend of over £1bn by the 15 million people that will visit Westgate Oxford each year.
